Online Billet Shear

Description:
Billet shear, also called billet shearing machine, is applied to cut steel billet (800℃) on the continuous casting line. Compared with flame cutting, it can reduce the processing cost. Using hydraulic drive, it has stable operation, no vibration, safe and reliable.

4. There is no clutch or the flywheel in billet shears. The machine is directly driven by the magnetic brake motor. As a result, the idle time of the motor and energy are reduced.
5. Front and back gauges are provided with the scale plate to display the scale. The back gauge of billet shear can be easily adjusted in synchronism.
